As much as I want to disagree, it really depends on when you watch.
I've seen 15-20 minutes of dominant defense from Luka. He's getting blocks and steals, moving his feet, and bodying guys.
I've also seen him stay flat-footed on defense as his man beats him and times when the opposing team are on the fast break while Luka complains to refs on the opposing baseline.
It's not fair to say he's just bad, but you can't call him a good defender unless he is consistently good/high-effort.
