Look at this call. Look at HOW LATE the ref is making this call. This is Kyrie Irving. One of the biggest stars in the league. And this is AN OBVIOU FOUL. But the ref doesn't want to call it. So the ref calls it only when he must. When it becomes soooo obvious that Kyrie is even running out of the court.
So the refs make calls like that all the time. For Dallas Mavericks, they make calls only when they feel and think THAT THEY MUST given the situation. And for other teams they officiate in the opposite direction.
So the ref makes this call here only so as to avoid giving an obvious appearance that he is biased. Because it became soo obvious to everyone that it was a foul so he HAD TO make a call.

So in this play the opposing GSW player RESPECTS Kyrie Irving enough to himself know that was a foul. Because that GSW player knows about basketball, and knows about that situation.
But the ref DOES NOT RESPECT Kyrie Irving. And does not give him that call EVEN THOUGH IT IS SO OBVIOUS.
So that this ref is more biased in the opposition to Dallas Mavericks THAN THAT GSW'S PLAYER WHO PLAYS AGAINST DALLAS MAVERICKS.
It is like that GSW player is saying to the ref: "Come on now. Make that call. This is clearly a foul." But what that GSW doesn't know is that such a situation is NOT clearly a foul FOR DALLAS MAVERICKS.
