I think Jerry saying Hutch and Quincy will compete for the job is great. Don't hand it over to anyone, make them earn it. reports have said Parcells isn't sold on Hutch, so who knows what will happen.
Which could explain why he signed another QB. It's a rookie free agent TONY ROMO. ESPN has him ranked as the #14 QB.
