oh, i know that banks has been a more productive QB..but what does having banks do for the cowboys?
nothing...regardless of whether or not he was here this year, the cowboys were still going to have a bad record....
and if banks was worth keeping, he would probably sign somewhere else next year.
so why not at least try to develop carter, wright, or leaf?
at least they could have a future with the cowboys...whereas it appeared that tony banks didn't have a future with the 'boys beyond this year
