the new answer, the new excuse is always 9/11. COME ON. The economy was stinking up the joint before 9/11 hit, or do u not remember. The stock market was already tanked, and the tax cuts were in the works. Republicans always feel they can cut taxes, which always creates a massive deficit which some democrat will have to fix in the future...
