The body has to be him. I don't mean any offense, but how many people do you think are missing that are 6'10?
We don't know too much about this case. I was watching CNN, and along with Dotson's confession, he also said that Dennehey had first pointed the gun at him. Although probably unlikely, Dotson could have done this out of self-defense.
If his lawyer doesn't think he has a strong enough case for self-defense, than he'll probably plea temporary insanity.
