Quincy Carter 2nd in passing yards!
Quincy has always had a lot of yards before. Two things I like about Carter was his decision making during a scramble. When he chose to run forward, he just ran. No more throwing the ball into coverage. Another thing is his arm strength. Anyone who says he doesn't have the arm has got to be kidding. He's pretty accurate too hitting those out routes.
