good luck LRB. I'm not in the best shape myself, and being in college isn't helping things. make sure to be safe, and avoid ephedrine based diet pills (xenadrine is probably the most famous). I tried that a few years ago, lost about 20 pounds in 3 weeks, and felt like my heart was about to explode. I decided a heart failure was less acceptable than flab.

i'm a poor college student, but i'll throw down a buck per 10 pounds.
