So far I've been pretty good with eating healthy and eating less. No splurges. I've also been doing at least an hour on the elliptical machine each day since Tuesday.
I'm going to try and do a weekly weigh in every Saturday. I have to go to the health club though to get a scale that goes up enough to weigh right now, and this fits my schedule best.
