Default RE:Finley and Jamison

Dirk
He has got to be the team's scorer and rebounder. That is not an option. He has to get shots, and grab defensive boards. He doesn't have to pass per se. But if he passes when it is there (like in LA) he will accumalate assists.

Walker
He needs to be a poor man's Pippen with a little more inside game. He needs to be a rebounder and passer. His scoring needs to be secondary to Dirk, and his scoring needs to compliment the others. In other words, he needs to obtain points within limited FGas... and within the flow of the offense.

Nash
Be the best damn passer in the league. And score when Dirk is struggling.

Finley
He needs to be a defensive swingmen like he was in Phoenix. And a spot scorer on occasion.

Jamison
Needs to rebound and not look to be a scorer. Just do the other little things.

The problem we have been facing this year is that Dirk is not rebounding... and not scoring at his usual clip. Walker is a volume shooter sometimes to the detriment of the team. Jamison comes off the bench and thinks he has to put up 30 shots. Finley has the mindset of Jamison only he starts. And Nash gets assists but he isn't "finding people" that well.

If Jamison leaves the scoring hierarchy becomes much clearer. And the other 4 can find their niche and obtain an identity on the court.
VERY SOON.....WE WILL NO LONGER NEED FINLEY...HOWARD WILL SURPASS HIM WITHIN A YEARS TIME....AND ALREADY HAS DEFENSIVLY AND WITH REBOUNDING......THE SHOT WILL COME WITH TIME.
