Dallas trades: PG Tony Delk (6.5 ppg, 2.1 rpg, 0.9 apg in 16.9 minutes)
Dallas receives: SG Greg Buckner (3.5 ppg, 2.2 rpg, 1.0 apg in 13.9 minutes)
Change in team outlook: -3.0 ppg, +0.1 rpg, and +0.1 apg.

Philadelphia trades: SG Greg Buckner (3.5 ppg, 2.2 rpg, 1.0 apg in 13.9 minutes)
Philadelphia receives: PG Tony Delk (6.5 ppg, 2.1 rpg, 0.9 apg in 27 games)
Change in team outlook: +3.0 ppg, -0.1 rpg, and -0.1 apg.

TRADE ACCEPTED

Due to Dallas and Philadelphia being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Dallas and Philadelphia had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

I have always liked buck. He probably wouldn't get many minutes but I would much rather have his tough attitude coming off the bench than a gunner like Delk. NOt sure if the sixers would want another undersized gunner.
