(You gave a "fact": "SA is offering Parker and lots of expiring contracts for Kidd" is what you said.) A "source" would be something that would indicate it is FACTUAL. If you were a SA or NJ team official, your word would be enough, but obviously for YOU or ME to assert it as a fact, we have to base it on something reliable.
