I'm surprised no comment has been made on this thread.

I have a couple of questions for anybody that will answer them:

1. Does anybody think that the Bush administration bears the blame for 9/11? That is, does anybody think that it could have been prevented by the Bush administration?

2. If so, what's the basis for your belief that the Bush administration could have prevented it from happening?
