Default RE:Florida Democrats call for execution of Rumsfeld

I read this on the Drudge Report with the obvious "WTF" in response. This is what happens when you ratchet up the demagoguery to 11 the way the democrats have throughout the campaign to date. You end up with fringe nuts thinking it is OK to say the ridiculous and the offensive. I recall a republican club was going to have a dove hunt fundraiser in east texas and give out T-shirts with a scope with a donkey in the crosshairs. Or maybe it was Clinton. Regardless, they were talked to and they decided to nix the T-shirt design. Thank goodness.

I mean, really, don't they realize you that when you put stuff like this in print, it is the same as sending it in a letter? They are going to get a nice, warm, fuzzy phonecall from Rumsfeld's security detail.

Haven't read the rules since they changed, but I don't believe a third party organization can pay for advertising that solicit donations for a candidate. This might be a technical FEC violation, albeit an insignificant one.
