This is my biggest concern about keeping Nellie as coach. I think, for example, if Walker were traded for Chandler/AD, that Nellie would play them. The makeup of the roster would necessitate it. I don't trust him to start making better use of Dirk, though, and I really feel in order for this team and Dirk to reach their potential Dirk needs to be given tons of touches in the post, initiating the offense, working on his back to the basket scoring, and passing out of double teams.
