First pick for Franchise = Gordon if officially they have the #4 Howard if they Officially have the #2. Sorry to hedge the bet, but since I don't know the rules on if the trade becomes final now or at the time of the draft. If at time of draft then Gordon, because someone will move up to 3 to get Livingston. If it is final before the draft then they will get Howard at #2.

Crazy things have allready started. Let's hope that Dirk and Shaq are both Mavericks after all is said and done.
