RE: Kidd to Dallas
If the Nets are really intent on getting rid of Kidd, I would think they are looking for major cap relief. A simpler deal of Walker/Laetner for Mourning/Kidd/Harris with a possible addition of Howard.
That would make the Nets an awful awful awful team this season. They would also have about 30MM in cap space next season. With that kind of money to add to some young talent in Jefferson, Collins, and Howard the franchise would be inpretty good shape.
I really don't want to move Howard, but I would have to think real hard about it if Kidd was involved.
