For me, Peja.

Reason:

Damp can hold down the middle and keep Centers honest. He has some low-post game. He also can defend the post.
Terry can score some, but can defend.
Fin/Daniels/Howard/Stackhouse -- all can play the 2 guard and some SF. They are a combination of slashers and a shooter in Fin.

Dirk is Dirk, and is a mismatch anytime he is on the floor.

Peja is 6'10". He can guard the big SF's. He can shoot lights out. He forces a defense to play him with a Big, quick guy. If the Big quick guy is guarding Peja --- who guards Dirk? ? ? Dirk can shoot lights out from the outside, post, and hit the mid-range. He can shoot over the short players, and is quicker than the taller ones.

Dirk/Peja on the floor, with Fin spotted up or Stack slashing, Dampier in the low post, and Terry driving and dishing, would be awesome on both the offensive end, and the defensive end.
