Half-right. I think time, and experience is a major thing here. They need time to play together. Experience of being a contender. When every team paints a bulls-eye on your chest everytime they come to play. Consistency is key. You can not have an "off" game. It takes time and experience to be consistent as a contender. And only a contender can experience that kind of requirement. Kind of a catch 20-20. Nellie has been building for so long I think he has forgotten how to be a contender. He can't help himself but to juggle, create, struggle. He needs to remember what it is like to be a coach of a contender. It's a learning process that only time and experience can teach you. It doesn't come in a can, bottle, or book.
