I don't really understand chiwas. The reason that the flip-flop charge sticks to kerry is that it's so true. even if you found a few policy changes with bush on something, in general he says what he means and that's about it.
In fact that's one fo the dems' talking points, that he's too stubborn and not "nuanced" enough.
