The Cowboys have traded receiver Antonio Bryant to Cleveland for receiver Quincy Morgan, said Peter Schaffer, Bryant's agent.
He declined further comment.
Bryant had one catch for 22 yards in the Cowboys' 24-20 loss to Pittsburgh on Sunday.
Morgan, who played at Kansas State with Cowboys' defensive back Terrance Newman, had just three touchdown receptions in 2003 but caught seven in 2002.
Bryant caught six passes for touchdowns in his rookie season, 2002, but did not have any this season.
