I can think of many things that you might be suggesting, and I've narrowed it down to a couple of options:

Due to being surrounded by many Young, Educated, Beautiful (YEB) women, the men are eager to increase their chances at landing one (so they seek treatment thinking that those are the most important ways to woo)?

or

Young, Educated, Beautiful (YEB) women like older men who can function, so they move to DC?

or

Those "older guys" choose employees & interns who are YEB (and female), therefore bringing them into the city....
