Say a team A beats three teams.

Team B, with a record of 9-3.
Team C, with a record of 9-3.
Team D, twice, with a record of 9-3.

Would you say this team has beaten 4 nine win teams? This was the point I was making, and I'm a little disappointed that I have to spell it out like this.
