In the Warriors game he went with that exact frontcourt from the 8:39 mark of the 4th (when Henderson sat down) till the 2:34 mark, when Keith sat down for good (replaced by Devin), so at the very least he's used them at the 4/5 down the stretch run.

I mean in the clutch like Nellie did in the Suns game. I guess it's hard to find a game where AJ has played in KVH clutch since the Warriors game was an assault and AJ's only coached about 3 games.
