A quick glance shows Dirk shouldering 25+% of the offensive burden for his team in the playoffs (in terms of points), while Bird was around 22+%. You would have to think that Dirk might have sniffed 28 or so points a game in the playoffs in the 80's.
Then again, he may average that in these the oughts before it's said and done.
