Henderson is ok as an 11/12 man--he won't hurt you. He isn't athletic enough to play in the playoffs. He isn't especially tall, strong, quick or a good jumper.

You need 12 players, and if he's cheap than you might as well resign him. But if you need to use him in the play offs then you're in big trouble, because he'll be physically overmatched.
