And furthermore, Madape, I don't care how stupid or disloyal you think Cuban is... There's NO WAY he was comfortable with letting the 2nd winningest coach in NBA history step down, and letting an un-tested rookie coach, less than a year removed from his playing career take over, while keeping Nellie on the payroll as a "consultant" if he's so disloyal. No way that was his idea. Nellie wanted to step down, and I bet it took some convincing for Cuban to go along with that plan.
