KG, I agree I don't think Snow/Newble are a good for us, but I think we could use the trade exception if we got a big enough one, for a pretty decent player in a S&T, such as a Swift. Also, as someone mentioned about the circumvention thing, so long as Fin does not get waived, I don't see why we could not take on a bad contract and waive it such as Snow's.
