I don't know much about Marcus Banks. He's young (23), he was the 13th pick in 2003 by the logo, does he have the potential to be a starter some day?

Raef could replace Van horn somewhat

Pierce is a huge upgrade over Marquis

Jterry and Banks, is that enough for us at the point?
