For that price, you can get a nice house on a 15-yr loan!! Renting is for suckers... if you can help it, of course.
To really be on topic, KG, I can say from all the apartment talk I overhear at work, that just under $1 per sq ft will get you a new, nice apartment, as long as you're not in the previously mentioned single yuppie havens. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
