Murph, you inspired me to get my lazy ass up and do some cardio as well (I'm about 6'1, 175-ish). Problem with me is I actually lose weight (hyperactive metabolism) if I don't work out so it's hard for me to tell when I'm really out of shape. Did about an hour on the bike yesterday in the gym downstairs to the tune of 12 miles and about 30 min. of rowing. Sore as sh*t but feel pretty decent about myself.
Keep it up dude! We're increasing our longevity!
