I am scratching my head now, U2. I don't know why LOTR didn't even enter my mind during my selection. It is a masterpiece of epic proportions and is the best adaptation/improvisation by a director of a book aside from
To Kill a Mockingbird, I have ever seen. I am still sticking to my list though.
