I totally know what you mean...but i see it differently
when he wants to be...there are few creepier than Robin WIlliams...the man is a train wreck to be sure..he can freakin act.
when stays away from fart jokes...and goes adult...he is quite the actor.
I could see him as a chilling joker...a muderous joker....a joker I would love
