so you are basically saying that under no circimstance could you be happy with Robin Williams as the joker...simply because he is Robin Williams...well I suppose that is a fair thing to say. But lets also be fair and say that the joker character will be determined by the writer and the director more than the actor.
I could see Ledger doing a good job at a very withdrawn and murderous joker....but not a darky funny one...just don't know if he's jot the chops...
