But if a family member had some sort of terminal illness, or was going through chemo, I wouldn't hestitate to buy some off the street if I thought it would help ease their pain (or nautiousness in the case of chemo).

I agree Mary..as the two little old ladies I was talking about. But all the interest is not being driven for medical reasons I would bet.
