The thing about giving it to Smith is that he hasn't really put up heisman numbers IMO. Don't get me wrong, he's having a great season but has A LOT of help. If Wolfe gets close to 3,000 yards for the season I can't see why you wouldn't give it to him. It probably won't happen though since it's almost impossible for small schools to have a heisman winner.
And doc I have no idea on that one, will have to look it up.
