If he does submit fiscally responsible budgets and the dems won't go along, won't he be the fiscally responsible one? There will be irony that they are hoisted on the thing they've been wrangling about but never really cared for in their history.

We just have to see how much rhetoric the dems have been throwing out there, a lot imo.
