New Orleans has built a solid reputation of being a thriving hotbed of a unique sort of culture in these United States. They are a fun-loving town. Is there crime and such? Sure there is. Maybe not to you chum but it's always been that way when I've gone down there. It's been the strip clubs, booze and the french quarter. We weren't going down there for "culture".
I find nothing racist in saying that, in fact the french quarter was notoriously non-black as I recall.
