I need both these cats to come check out what the home inspector deemed suspect. I've got just 8 days left in my option period and need to figure out what I'm getting myself into. I just came outta pocket for the inspector and termite, I'd rather not fork over tons of cash but it needs to be evaluated ASAP.

Help.
