jthig, i agree completely.

The movie is based on the graphic novel, which admittedly takes liberties with the historical story. but it's a fact that the spartans battled the persians.

now, is the timing weird that we are in a war now (that's been going on for years)? maybe. but who cares? just watch the movie, dude!
