I agree with Rob & Jordan23. We are way too soft. But Nellie will have difficulty correcting it because of the way he coaches. He likes small ball and guys who can play a lot of positions. Unfortunately those players are rarely the tough guys. Nellie is also is better at a fast paced game. He is not the best coach of a half court game. A big tough power forward is usually too immobile because of Nellie's emphasis on transition basketball rather than half court sets.
One of the few bad things about Cuban is that he complains about the refs too much. The whole team is getting the Bradley disease - letting bad calls bother them. What the Mavs need to realize is that if they quit complaining about EVERY call, then the ones they DO complain about will be listened to. Refs will make mistakes and will sometimes correct it with a "make up call" a few minutes later IF the team doesn't make a big deal about it.
