Derrick Coleman is so frustrating. His skills are exactly what the Mavs need. He can score, rebound and even defend a little bit. I'm with you though, I don't want to see the damage he can do in the Mavs locker room.
The good thing about Coleman is, we could make a trade like this:

Coleman, David Wesley, Otis Thorpe
If Coleman doesn't want to contribute, put him on the IR. We'd still get the backup PG and banger PF/C we need.
If Coleman decides to clean up his act... Yikes!
