A lot of speculation that this was a double homicide and suicide. Benoit was supposed to wrestle over the weekend in their pay-per-view event but requested out at the last moment for family reasons, (some articles have referenced him saying they were sick and coughing up blood).
Hopefully he didn't kill his wife and child and then himself, (or the wife doing the same). He was really talked about as a huge family man who loved his kids so it is hard to imagine that.
Crazy story.
