Republicans have underestimated New York senator Hillary Clinton, GOP presidential candidate Mike Huckabee said today in Waterloo, Iowa.
"The basic question, is she qualified? Sure, I think that's why I think she's a very formidable candidate and I think Republicans have underestimated her both in terms of her political savvy and her overall skills," Huckabee said during a conference call with reporters.
