Cleveland needs to do something, and bringing in Armstrong and Sampson makes the most sense if Terry and MBenga are going out.
Unfortunately, when you're dealing with two free agents, it's almost impossible to check the salaries to see if they can match.

Cleveland signed Devin Brown today. Also traded David Wesley to the Hornets for Cedric Simmons. They still need more moves but they've finally done something.
