There are plenty of beers out there brewed with fruit or with yeast that give of fruity flavors and aromas, and as a result, I tend to avoid putting fruit in any of my beers because I feel that if the brewer wanted to include that flavor, they would have. Further, I feel that if a beer requires fruit in order to make it drinkable (ahem: Corona), then it's not a very good beer. Just my opinion, of course.
