Well, it would be a long shot but if NJ committed to Rondo and NJ signed Rondo to a new contract worth approximately $5mil per season then the poison pill would take affect (I think?) and they would be able to do this

NJ Sends Out: Kidd, Armstrong, M.Allen
NJ Gets: Rondo, House, Perkins, Posey, Scalabrine, and Tony Allen

Boston sends: Rondo, House, Perkins, Posey, Scalabrine and Tony Allen
Boston receives: Kidd, Armstrong, M.Allen

Boston would then only have 10 players so they would have to pick a couple vets up cheap. Their future lineups would looks something like this:

Boston Lineup:
C: M.Allen/ Powe / Pollard
PF: Garnett / G.Davis
SF: Pierce / (FA=Patterson?)
SG: R.Allen / Pruitt
PG: Kidd / (FA=Payton?) / Armstrong

New Jersey Lineup:
C: Perkins / Krstic
PF: S.Williams / Collins
SF: Jefferson / Posey / Scalabrine
SG: Carter / House / T.Allen
PG: Rondo / M.Williams
