I wish I could get motivated to get in shape. I'm not "fat" but certainly I'm very doughy and out of shape. Every year when the weather gets nice I go out running 3-4 times a week all summer for a couple of miles. I lose 5-10 pounds. Then it gets cold, sports and tv start again, and I don't do crap and gain the 10 pounds back.
Oh, and beer. I like beer.
