Damn. Per the YMCA thing, I have 11% BF, which is a lot lower than I thought. Is this for real?

If so, I guess I want to be in the 9-10% range.

So I signed up for the rock climbing gym tonight and am going to go for the first time tomorrow. Good luck all!
