Any of you guys heard of edamame? (/ay-duh-MAH-may/)
Its a soybean. Its a perfect food. 1/3 protein, 1/3 fat(good fat) 1/3 carbs.
buy them frozen in bags. Boil some water. Drain the edamame, apply salt. Eat!
Don't eat the shells though!
